  "description": "Deze GeoWeb-viewer toont de meetpunten van het MWTL-Chemie meetnet (MWTL = Monitoring Waterstaatkundige Toestand des Lands) voor oppervlaktewater, zwevende stof en sediment. De viewer is ingedeeld in aparte kaartlagen voor de zoete wateren, zoute wateren en zwevende stof. Daarnaast bevat zijn er meerdere kaartlagen voor sediment, een voor de vijf standaard locaties en drie aparte voor de deelgebieden die elke drie jaar roteren ((1) Zeeuwse Delta, (2) Noordzee en (3) Eems-Dollard en Waddenzee). Momenteel gaat de viewer niet verder dan het aangeven van de meetpunten (met DONAR naam), frequenties van bemonstering en welke specifieke parameters geanalyseerd worden zijn (nog) niet meegenomen.\r\n\r\nOpdrachten die met het programma meeliften, zoals geneesmiddelen inventarisatie, watchlist of KIMA, zijn niet weergegeven in deze viewer.\r\n\r\nUitgangspunt voor het meetprogramma is het Operationeel Jaarplan Informatievoorziening Watermanagement 2019. In het MWTL Meetplan van het vigerende meetjaar zal het meetprogramma nader worden gespecificeerd, dit meetplan wordt door WVL (Wat) en CIV (Hoe) gezamenlijk opgesteld en door CIV beheerd. \r\nToegankelijk zonder wachtwoord.",
